Meditation

Meditation is the foundation of everything I teach. It’s a practice that can be done by simply taking in a few deep breaths, or sustained for longer periods of time. Either is beneficial. It can be done sitting, standing, lying down, while moving, or in stillness. Eyes can be open or closed. It’s a practice of being present, of noticing, not trying to make anything happen. It can be done in silence, with music, or guided with words. Does any of this contradict what you thought meditation is/was? Consider exploring with me.
